1. What information is collected when you shop online with us?

If you have ticked the box but later decide to cancel the instruction, please sign in to the My Account page to effect the change, or call our Customer Services team on 1800-9674235 or email wecare@loveoribel.com. Please note that the processing time for the cancellation of the instruction could take up to fourteen working days.

4. Consent to use of your Personal Information
   By providing your Personal Information to us, you consent to us using your Personal Information for the purposes stated in this Notice. You also consent to us disclosing your Personal Information to companies within the Cybele Group of Companies and to third parties whom we deem necessary to work with in order to process your purchase and deliver the product to you. Cybele shall request that all such third parties treat your Personal Information as confidential. In providing your Personal Information to us, you also consent to us disclosing your Personal Information to parties in other jurisdictions which may not have similar data protections laws to Singapore.

    

   You may withdraw your consent to the use of your Personal Information at any time by sending a written notification to wecare@loveoribel.com.

   Your Personal Information provided to us should be true, accurate and complete at all times. You shall update us in a timely manner of any changes to your Personal Information.

5. Cookies
   A cookie is small file that our website can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your system. Cookies are used to enable us to collect information about users of our website (for example, which pages or advertisements are viewed or visited frequently, customer preferences etc). The information collected then allows us to make improvements to our website and our service to customers.
