Can I track my order?
Please note, we do not provide tracking numbers for deliveries within Singapore. If you have yet to receive your order after 5 days, please contact us at wecare@loveoribel.com and we would be happy to help.

What countries do you ship to?
From this website, we ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. However, we have partners in 40 countries, you can head here to find one in yours!

Can I do a self-collection?
You can! Please select the pick up option during checkout. After we have notified you that your order is ready for pickup, you can drop by anytime Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 5 pm to collect your order. The pickup address will be provided in your email. 

When will my order be shipped?
We are as eager as you are! We do our best to process your order and ship it within 24 hours.

Depending on your location, the order will reach you within 2 to 7 working days.

When will I get my order?
Singapore: 3 to 5 working days
Malaysia: 3 to 9 working days
Indonesia (Java & Jakarta only): 3 to 9 working days
